At RM Studio Print, we care about your satisfaction and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Each item is made to order using high-quality garments and premium DTF (Direct to Film) prints, and we take great care in preparing, printing, and packing your product with attention to detail.

Returns & Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival — for example:

  • You ordered a Size M T-shirt, but received a Size L

  • You received the wrong design or colour

  • The item arrived damaged in transit

Before You Buy – Request a Preview

To help manage expectations, we made a page just for customers so they can see other customers orders and decide, we only use quality and have nothing to hide.
Before placing your order, you can email us, and we’ll send you a preview of how your chosen design will appear on your selected item.

While mockups give a general idea, the final product often looks even better in person, thanks to our premium materials and the sharp, vibrant quality of our DTF prints.
